Our Story

Raised in Switzerland, for the past 10 years, we have been traveling the African continent. Throughout our travels, we developed a passion for nature and immediately fell in love with the continent. When we travelled to Tanzania in 2019, we were amazed by this country’s incredible flora and fauna, welcoming people & enormous potential which remained forever in memories. Three years later, we made a decision to establish our company "The Uniques", which is a hospitality-based company, specialized in hotels, lodges and camps. We are now launching our first project in Serengeti! Join Us!!

The Serengeti Great Migration

The Great Migration is a remarkable natural spectacle that unfolds annually in the Serengeti ecosystem. Starting in Southern Serengeti with wildebeest calves being born, the massive herd moves north to the Masai Mara in Kenya during May's drought, pursued by predators. Risking river crossings with lurking crocodiles and facing the Serengeti's formidable lion population, the migration culminates with the short rains in late October, leading them back to the Serengeti by December, completing the circle of life. A captivating display of nature's balance awaits. This journey enthrals wildlife enthusiasts with its breath-taking sights.
